These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of ISJCC’s website and, where applicable, your registration for or participation in ISJCC programs, classes, events, and activities. By using the website or registering for an activity, you agree to these Terms. Additional registration forms, releases, or program-specific rules may also apply. If you do not agree, do not use the website or register through it.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes related to learning about ISJCC and its activities. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other materials, is owned by ISJCC or used with permission and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
Programs, registration, and fees
Program descriptions, schedules, eligibility, availability, and fees may change. A place in a program is not confirmed until ISJCC accepts the registration and any required payment or forms are completed. You are responsible for providing accurate registration and emergency-contact information and for updating it when it changes.
Fees, deposits, refund deadlines, cancellation terms, and any installment or recurring-payment terms will be shown during registration or in the applicable program materials. Those disclosed terms govern the registration. ISJCC will provide any legally required notice and obtain consent before recurring charges.
ISJCC may change, reschedule, or cancel an activity, including for safety, staffing, facility, or other operational reasons. If ISJCC cancels an activity, any refund, credit, or rescheduling option will be described in the registration terms or communicated to participants, subject to applicable law.
Children and youth
A parent or legal guardian must register a minor and provide any required permissions, emergency contacts, and program forms. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing activity requirements and promptly communicating relevant safety or accommodation needs to ISJCC. Participants must follow staff instructions and program-specific rules. These Terms do not replace any required parental consent, medical authorization, photo release, or activity-specific waiver.
Participant conduct and safety
Participants and visitors must treat others respectfully, follow facility and instructor rules, and avoid conduct that creates a safety risk or substantially disrupts an activity. ISJCC may take appropriate steps, including removing a participant from an activity, when conduct or safety concerns require it. Any suspension, removal, or refund decision will be handled consistently with applicable law and the relevant program terms.
Photos and recordings
ISJCC may photograph or record activities for documentation or community communications only where permitted and with any consent required by law or the applicable release. A separate consent may be required, particularly for minors.
Health, accessibility, and emergencies
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you or your child and for following applicable safety instructions. Please tell ISJCC about accessibility needs or relevant emergency information through the appropriate registration process. In an emergency, ISJCC may contact emergency services and the emergency contact you provided, as permitted by law.
Disclaimer and limits
The website and its general information are provided for informational purposes and may not always be complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, ISJCC does not make warranties about uninterrupted or error-free website access. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or waives rights that cannot legally be waived. Any activity-specific assumption of risk or release must be presented separately and reviewed for that activity.

Governing law

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website and changing the effective date. Updates apply prospectively from the stated date, subject to applicable law. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Program registrations remain subject to the terms disclosed when you registered unless the parties agree otherwise or law requires a change.
